Men-urg!
Myhusband can put together computers, televisons, phones in a blink of an eye. Why is it he can't grasp the art of removing the old toilet paper roll and putting on a new one?
I think it is an actual syndrome. My husband has this problem as well. I also wonder if maybe my husband is testing me...trying to see just how many times he can leave it off before I say something to him about. So far I have said nothing, so I'm winning! I guess it's the least I can put up with considering he has to live with me and my PMS!
